Jailbreked iPod touck 4G in recovery mode without SHSH !

Hi, I upgraded my iPod 4 to iOS 5.0.1_9A405 six months ago and I jailbreak it at the same time. I didn't save my device's SHSH blobs.

Suddenly my device went to Recovery Mode and stuck. I can not restore it to any iOS. I try to explain the situation:

I downloaded latest version of iTunes and also different versions of iOS for my device plus latest version of redsn0w and tinyUmberella.
at very beginning I tried to restore it normally with iTunes, and during the process of restoring to iOS 6 I got error (9) and during upgrading to iOS 5.1.1 i got error (3194).
then I tried to restore with redsn0w and i got unexpected error (2831), after removing from host and starting tinyUmberella, I got error (11) with iTunes. and while trying to restore custom IPSW i got error (1602). by the way I know how to make correct custom IPSW!?
Also I didn't save my previous SHSH, what's the solution for this case? It would be great if anyone can explain me step by step.

If you jailbroke 6 months ago, and used Cydia within that time, then you should have SHSH for 5.0.1 and 5.1.1.

You need to use Tiny Umbrella to check.

    Plug in iPhone
    Open TU
Select your devices name(so its highlighted)
    Click the "Save SHSH" button

You will also want to make sure "request SHSH from Cydia" is checked in the Advanced tab.

If you have 5.1.1 SHSH blobs then use iFaith (not redsn0w) to create an iPSW stitched with those SHSH blobs.

Whatever iOS versions are listed in the big white box are the iOS versions you can restore to.

Under no circumstances should you modify the hosts file. Never.
This method of extremely outdated and has not ever been needed since the end of iOS 4.

I already changed hosts, shall I re-install iTUnes?
in TU, it doesn't show my device properly, it show my device name as '1114137' with question mark, is that a problem?

and this is the LOG in TU while is tried save SHSH:
10/31/2012 04:28:23.656 Found [0] shsh files to cache...
    10/31/2012 04:28:23.656 Cached [0] shsh files
