    Devoloping themes

    i am currently working on creating a few themes with weather widgets and custom lock screens. However i have come across a few problems. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good step by step
    tutorial that could help me with creating winterboard themes from scratch. also if anyone knew of good place i could download icon packages, that would also be very helpful. hope someone can help me out.
